  • This is where one of our qualified trainers will take you through a full-body workout where each exercise is one set to the point of momentary failure. This part is where you’ll question everything you learnt about strength training.

  • Continue to workout with us for two x 30-minute workouts each week towards your needs and goals. As you go, we will set new goals, change your program so that you are always improving.
