Schedule your introductory session where we spend the first 15 minutes discussing your goals and any past injuries that we will work around.

This is where one of our qualified trainers will take you through a full-body workout where each exercise is one set to the point of momentary failure. This part is where you’ll question everything you learnt about strength training.

Continue to workout with us for two x 30-minute workouts each week towards your needs and goals. As you go, we will set new goals, change your program so that you are always improving.
