The Strong for Tomorrow 8-Week Challenge is built to help you develop strength that protects your future — stronger muscles, healthier joints, and a more resilient body as you age.

  • Choose between once or twice a week workouts for the 2 months. Either 1:1 or 2:1 Personal Training.

  • Pre and Post Body Composition Tests. (You can schedule this online or via email for (7th or 8th February (Saturday or Sunday)).

  • Receive your protein powder supplement to support your progress.

  • Pay for your workouts and Body Scans! That's it. No hidden program fees.

  • Location: Salus Strength Freemans Bay at 25 Hargreaves Street, Freemans Bay
